The four women wanted for a take-over style theft at a Turlock beauty store are also wanted for a similar theft at a Fresno location that happened a couple of hours before they hit Turlock.

The theft in Turlock happened at 1:27 p.m. Monday at the Ulta Beauty store. The foursome had also committed a similar theft at a Ulta store in Fresno around 11 a.m. that same day.

Both thefts saw the four suspects enter the store with large tote bags and immediately begin tossing in perfumes, skin care products and cosmetics. They are in and out of the store within a minute.

The Fresno theft was caught on the surveillance video and the Turlock theft was videoed on a cell phone camera by a customer in the store.

At the Fresno theft one of the employees tried to stop one of the thieves and the suspect swung at her.

All four women were described as black adults. They left in a silver four-door Toyota Camry, which had the license plates removed.

“Turlock Police Department has been made aware of these types of ‘takeover thefts’ having occurred throughout the Valley over the last several months and will be working with other agencies in an attempt to identify the suspects,” said Turlock Police spokesman Sgt. Russ Holeman.
