All Turlock Fire units responded to a working residential structure fire at approximately 10:24 a.m. Monday in the 400 block of S. Soderquist Road. First arriving units found heavy fire throughout the abandoned house. Crews were able to bring the fire under control within 30 minutes. Nobody was displaced from the fire and there were no injuries.

Crews remained on scene for an extended period of time conducting overhaul of the building.

The Stanislaus County Fire Investigative Unit was dispatched to handle the fire investigation.
