The Turlock Police Department received 440 total calls, 341 calls for service and reported 101 officer-initiated calls from July 24-26, 2026.

The department took 44 reports, responded to 8 traffic collisions and made 19 arrests.

Arrests for July 24-26, 2026:

• Stephen Hanson, 72, was arrested in the 1400 block of N. Golden State Boulevard on July 24 for failing to update the annual sex offender registration.
• Kyle Silva, 27, was arrested on the corner of Fulkerth and Logan roads on July 24 for driving under the influence of alcohol and aiding and abetting an exhibition of speed.
• Kyle Kerlee, 31, was arrested on the corner of S. Golden State Boulevard and E. F Street on July 25 for driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Francisco Zaragoza, 49, was arrested in the 300 block of Lander Avenue on July 25 for possession of a controlled substance with two or more priors and vandalism of $400 or more.
• Anna Orta, 59, was arrested in the 2700 block of N. Walnut Road on July 25 for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant.
• Lynette Lizotte, 57, was arrested in the 200 block of N. Golden State Boulevard on July 26 for disorderly conduct under the influence of a drug.
