Cliff was born in Brawley, California to Clifford and Juanita Gee and passed away at the age of 80 in Turlock,CA. After graduating from Turlock High School in 1956, he served in the United States Army. Cliff loved fishing and woodworking, but most of all he enjoyed the time he spent joking and teasing with family and friends. 

Cliff worked in law enforcement for 32 years. Having begun his career with the Turlock Police Dept, he retired from the Stanislaus County Sheriffs dept in 1991. After retirement Cliff worked for AD Cowdrey. 

Cliff is survived by his wife Roxie Gee; children Cheryl Cypert, Shawn (Sheri) Counterman, Doug (Joyce) Gee, Shannon (Micheal) Casares and Tony (Ammy) Counterman; sister Lavon (Jerry) Roach; grandchildren Grace (Tim) Caballero, William Cypert, Skyler Counterman, Brittany Counterman, Cassie Counterman, Nathan Gee, Claire Gee, Lauren Bartels, Kailee Counterman and Kaden Counterman; and one great grandchild Eliana Caballero. 

A celebration of Cliff’s life will be held at Allen Mortuary on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
