Scott Kuykendall was director of Alternative Education, now called Education Options, during my last 5 years as a teacher for SCOE. He was always available to talk when issues came up. His willingness to help every student inspired me. Scott understood that we need to have programs to fit the diverse needs of our community. He introduced new programs to give the students more opportunities to develop careers that will provide them an opportunity to make a living when they graduate from high school. Scott understands the correlation between education and our county’s economic health. His leadership means that our students will be qualified to fill our local jobs. I believe Scott will make an outstanding Stanislaus County Superintendent of Schools and I encourage you to vote for Scott Kuykendall.
