Christin Gowan scored 17 points for the third time this season — her fifth double-digit scoring game — to lead the Warriors. Cal State Stanislaus, winner of four of its last five games, improved to 5-4 overall and 3-2 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association.
Jameiz Terrell had her best game as a Warrior with 16 points, including two 3-pointers, and Katie Busi added 15 points for Stanislaus. Andreanna Marshall chipped in 12 points with four steals for Stanislaus.
The defense again helped lead the Warriors as they recorded 15 steals while forcing 29 Dominguez Hills turnovers. Cal State Dominguez Hills is still looking for its first win this season and falls to 0-9 and 0-5 in CCAA play.
